Frequently asked questions

  • Coaching is a powerful collaboration that helps you cut through the noise and see your life and work with fresh perspective. In our sessions together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way, clarify what you really want, and open up possibilities you may not have seen before.

  • “We help people connect with their innate knowledge of the life that is best for them and then we support them in creating that life.” - from Wayfinder. Therapy is conducted by licensed mental health professionals to treat conditions like clinical depression, whereas coaching addresses non-clinical issues such as personal growth, financial well-being, and professional development.

  • I highly recommend a minimum of 3 months of weekly or twice-a-week sessions.  It typically takes at least that much time to see meaningful progress. Many clients extend from there to continue ongoing coaching or they reconnect in the future to re-engage with their coaching. Growth is a life-long journey. I am here to support you on every step of that journey.

  • I work from the belief that you, the client, possess the inner-wisdom and answers to your needs. Sometimes it’s just blocked. Through a combination of deep listening, insightful questions and shared observations, you gain more clarity on what you want and how to get it.

While no two sessions are the same, what does remain constant is that I create a safe space to work in and share. I check in to see how you are arriving to the session, what you want to focus on and if there are any follow-ups we want to address from previous sessions.

Together we explore your area(s) of focus. I always encourage clients to remain open to wherever a session takes them because often that initial area of focus evolves into something much deeper. It’s like the cliché says – we peel back the layers of the onion.

Toward the end of the session, we will review your key takeaways and, when appropriate, create achievable action steps for you to take.

  • Based on the number of people in your group and the areas you want to focus on, I will create a custom plan to meet your goals. Contact me today to discuss your unique needs.

  • As your Coach, I will keep all information and records confidential, to the extent defined by the laws of the state/country in which Coach and Client reside.
